HEALTH, EQUITY, AND RESILIENCE:

Each of the Elements in the plan will be imbued with goals and actions that support meaningful outcomes in the health, equity and resilience (HER) of Newark’s communities. Newark360 will be a framework for achieving the enduring principles of HER.  These principles will frame the process, and how we will measure results.
